Paul Simon

Paul Simon was born in Newark, New Jersey to Jewish Hungarian parents Belle, an elementary school teacher, and Louis Simon, a college professor, bassist, and dance bandleader who performed under the name "Lee Sims". In a career dating back to the 1950s, Paul Simon established himself among the best and most popular songwriters of the rock era.
