CinemaLive is delighted to announce they will deliver one of André Rieu’s annual concert series from his hometown of Maastricht, in The Netherlands, to his fans around the world including the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada and Russia.
The renowned Dutch violinist and conductor is one of the world’s most successful touring artists and each year he performs a series of concerts in his hometown of Maastricht in The Netherlands. These concerts are André’s most popular with thousands of fans flying from all over the world to witness the incredible music event set amongst the dramatic backdrop of his beautiful hometown
As always, André will conduct his famous Johann Strauss Orchestra and also performing this year will be the Harlem Gospel Choir, the Soweto Gospel Choir and Russian musicians, The St Petersburg Trio. Sir Anthony Hopkins will be a special guest at the concerts and has composed a Waltz titled, ‘And The Waltz Will Go On’ which will be performed.
